NFPE has decided to observe the Centenary of the historic speech of Babu Tarapada Mukherjee, in the Lahore All India Conference of All India Postal and RMS Union delivered on 9th October 1921. It is also decided to hold a webinar on 9th October 2020 in this connection. Good decision!
