    1.why they are not given the junior engg. telecom designation.to tta’s even it does not make any financial burden on bsnl..
    2.why they are not fighting for the 30 % fittment . also bsnleu did not make point of it in national agenda.
    3. we are not getting anything in this strike then why we go for strike.even a single rupee is not increasing in salary
    4.pay loss after pay revision
    5.no LTC medical benefit
    may be this year we will win without the help of my fellow tta’s..but in coming next years it can not be possible..because pepole wants result not promises..
    sir we want to see you as a revolution er that done their gr8 effort for all non executives .and unite under only one union that is bsnleu..no other union

      I have already explained the issues to your earlier question which is the same as this. The question of verification and votes are of secondary importance. Settlement of the issues is our first concern. You may win or lose in the verification, but you can not lose your demands.

    As you know that WP against LICE for promotion to JTO Cadre dismissed by Kerala High Court: The Kerala High Court on 14-09-2012 has reportedly dismissed the petition against holding of LICE for promotion to JTO Cadre.
    But in BSNLEU there is not a single word about conducting the JTO LICE so far, WHY?
    Is it means BSNLEU does not want JTO LICE to be conducted?

    • Dear Comrade,
      BSNLEU has been continuously taking up the case of conducting the examination for promotion to JTO at the earliest. It was only due to the court case pending that the examination could not be conducted. As a visitor to the BSNLEU website and also probably a reader of the BSNLEU journal you may be fully aware of the same. Accusing the BSNLEU for not conducting of the examination in unjust and unwarranted.

    1our pay scale in 5th pay commission…..is 7100….. in 6th pay i.e 13600. ne-9

    2 on other end…..new recruited……jto…scale is 8800/- after fight they will get 9850/-…in fifth pay……..but in sixth pay…new jto fixed at……16400/-…..and faces losses as same tta ……..
    3) jto union fight for their right…….proper persual with management……and give them extra 5 increment……as we alll knows……their demand is for 21630/- i.e E1a scale…….may be they will get….
    4) on other side..ur recognize union…..make a new illussion factor i.e 1.91 factor…..to justify ur new tta’s……..any body ask them……is there multipling factor…….mentioned in any pay revision order……wheather it is 6th cpc order or 6th pay revision order………..ans is not…..
    5) one question arises…..wheather…..executive and non executive multpliying with same multpliying factor…………if so then in every pay scale…..revision…….the difference is double………..
    6) as per cpc rrcomendation……..percentile difference as to maintain between two pay scales……..i.e 9850-7100—-2750…..in sixth pay….16400-13600–==2800……..which is right………
    but jto….get their benefits….but we not get yet………
    there is no base behind 1.91 factor……..
    so ur tta frends………….tells me where is problem…………

    • Dear Comrade,
      The entire issue has been put in the blog several times. Hence I am not repeating the same again. BSNL Employees Union is making all efforts to settle the issue. It has been discussed more than once in the National Councial and also outside with the BSNL Management. It is not an issue of DR TTAs alone, it is a question of all those who are recruited after 01-01-2007, after the date of effect of the wage agreement.

    The Joint Action Committee of BSNL and MTNL Unions, which met on 04.12.2012 reviewed the ongoing agitational programme and took the following decisions.

    (1) The ongoing agitation on ITS repatriation issue is to be intensified. In addition to the ITS repatriation issue, the following issues connected with the viability of BSNL and MTNL are also to be included in the charter of demands.

    a) Repayment of BWA spectrum fee.

    b) Adequate compensation for BSNL’s rural land line operations.

    c) Immediate releasing of fund from USO fund.

    d) Exempting BSNL and MTNL from payment of fee for the 2G spectrum they are holding

    beyond 4.4 MHz.

    e) Procurement of equipments and materials.

    f) Exempting BSNL and MTNL from spectrum refarming.

    g) Exempting BSNL and MTNL from payment for Spectrum Liberalisation.

    h) Payment of pension by the government in respect of MTNL employees.

    i) Immediate issuing of Presidential Directive for 78.2% IDA fixation to BSNL employees.

    (2) Highlighting the above demands, it is decided to conduct a two day nationwide ‘enmasse dharna’ on 17th and 18th December, 2012.

  9. Sir.There are about 29651 executives working in Bsnl where about 44000 are group C and D .How the executives post justified?
