Yesterday, 24th February 2017, I have shifted to my home at Kozhikode after a long period of work and stay at New Delhi. Exactly it is more than 25 years back in November 1991 that I shifted from Calicut to New Delhi, immediately after being elected as the President of E.3 Union at its All India Conference at Bhopal.
The last 25 years of my stay at New Delhi has been eventful. Organising and strengthening the union,fight for the cause of the workers, unite and co-ordinate the various executive and Non-Executive Unions/Associations in BSNL – these were the main tasks. I hope that I have made maximum efforts for the above.
At the time of leaving Delhi, I wish to express thanks to all comrades and friends, who helped and assisted me in discharging my duties effectively.

I cannot believe it. but why u left Delhi ?u r the BACK BONE of the union without ur presence I feel that union will run with difficulties to analyse the strategy of the Govt.towards anti workers-policies ,vision on trade unions activities & survival of the organisation. ur continues struggle to enligtning the workers-unions and associations relentless.
ur efforts towards workers welfare,survival of the organisation,strenghten the unions&associations under one ubrella to fight against anti-workers policies of the govt.&ur in front for many more strggles.
Ur efforts.. &Struggle…..towards 1-1-2007 wage revision is extrardinary upto now, the workers r enjoying with a good salary because of ur pakka..planning…,nobody will forget com.,ur hardship struggle for the workers welfare and the organisation is great.
Com.unitedly u motivated all the trade unions and associations as a convenor of United forum ur struggles r unforgetable for getting GSM Equipments on 11-July 2007. It’s a grat victory of United forums just because of ur restless struggles to unite all executives&non-executives.
Ur vision…. is great Com.to proposed &constituted the second recognition policy, So that workers to be unite always……to safeguard the company and welfare of workers.
Ur vision…..&strategy is hatsup…By forming United forum with executives &non-executives….ur conducted many struggles…..especially towards planning to disinvestment of the company by the govt,Sampetroda recommendations,Deloit report.u eloberately given clarity among the works in ur blog&union website.
1).U have play a key role to get a good wage revision on 1-1-2007.2) U have given a second recognition constituted in the bylaws of BSNLEU.3)formation of united forum of executives&nonexecutives.4)struggle against disinvestment, Sampetroda recom.,Deloit report.5)struggle to get the GSM EQUIPMENTS it’s an HISTORICAL STRUGGLE only because of ur efforts.6)Retire persons should not be in position in BSNLEU. and………MANY MORE….MANY MORE……MANY MORE……struggles….by accapanied with all….RED SALUTE COM……RED SALUTE COM…..RED SALUTE .
BE HAPPY COM. ATLEAST REMAINING LIFE….LONG LIVE…..LONG LIVE….but u alwas think about the workers welfare&the organisation. It’s difficult for u to take rest without thinking it…What I hope is 100%. U NEVER STOP…WILL CONTINUE ONE OR THE OTHER FORM….RED SALUTE &THANK Q COM.

ഡൽഹിയിൽ നിന്നും അങ്ങയുടെ കേരളത്തിലേക്കുള്ള മടക്കം ഞങ്ങളിൽ നിരാശയാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. അങ്ങയുടെ സാന്നിധ്യം ഡൽഹിയിൽ ഉണ്ടാവേണ്ട സവിശേഷ സാഹചര്യമാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ നിലവിലുള്ളത്. അങ്ങയുടെ കർമ്മകുശലതയും ദീർഘ വീക്ഷണവും അതിനെ അതിജീവിക്കട്ടെ എന്ന് ആത്മാർത്ഥമായി ആശംസിക്കുന്നു.
