Since the III Pay Revision Committee has been appointed for the pay revision of the executives in the central PSUs including BSNL, the immediate task of the recognised unions in BSNL to ensure that the wage negotiation for the revision of wages for the non-executives is started. BSNLEU, the main recognised union. has already written to the BSNL Management and Secretary DOT in this matter.

Sir,in 2007 wage revision agreement ,when ever executive will get pay revision it will applicable for non-executive and in same how much they r gng to hike same applicable for us.then again why metting with management.we hv agreement with them naa……..
Your assessment and understanding is not based on facts. For the non-executives, it is wage negotiation and nothing is assured as you say. it is only through hard bargaining and struggles that the non-executives will get benefits.
