BSNL is a most prestigious PSU of the Central government. It provides communications services to the people in all parts of the country. Communications systems are becoming fast to faster.
As such, the BSNL Management also should be fast in its decisions and implementation. But unfortunately it is entwined in the bureaucratic and cumbersome process of the government system and its decisions are very slow and implementation slower. Especially in the case of staff issues, it moves just like tortoise.
Whether it is PLI, change of designation, wage revision, promotions, anomalies – the management is taking too much time to take decisions and then much more time to implement. BSNL can not afford to be slow, in providing services or in settling the workers issues. Issues are to be settled through negotiations. However, on each and every issue, the workers are compelled to resort to agitation due to the negative attitude and delay.
The BSNL Management has to rethink about its functioning so that quicker services and quicker sorting out of the issues of the workers could be done.

Is Mr. Rao, a sick, such persons are ruining the operations and maintenance of BSNL. Kindly take action at appropriate level and stop such things.

BSNLEU, SNEA and BSNLCCWF together are on struggle to ensure for a better administration in Kerala Circle, which the BSNL corporate office is fully aware.
Dear Shahensha Sir, Orders has not been issued so far despite signing of agreement two months back. Orders in r/o E1 scale for non-executives not issued even after several years signing of agreement. PLI negotiation with recognised unions started 1 year back. No outcome. If residency period is not reduced no non-execuitive will get pre-9200 scale. Discrimination between Executive and Non-Executive cadres is seen. Since we are in a competitive field, full powers should be given to management to take quick decisions for BSNL development.
Dear Comrade, There is serious delay on the part of the management in making agreements as also in implementing. This is one aspect which require our special attention, as you have rightly stated.

Bsnl management wantedly delaying the issue’s…………Sir for small issues they r taking much time…..then what about wage navigation? how much time they will take…….sir make strong argument with management.
The recognised unions will take initiative
Next pay revision should be delinked with profit/loss criteria. Bcoz:
1. Its not BSNL, the govt. policies are responsible for losses. Then why BSNL employees have to suffer, while decision makers ll enjoy the PRC benifits.
2.Many state PSUs are implementing wage revisions on par with state govt. employees, irrespective of losses. We can take APSRTC case as an example. If state PSUs can implement PRC then why cant central PSU?? Why that curse on central PSUs?
3.Some sectors are boom ing and some are facing bad phase. Every company in telecom is facing loss/ debt. Its not only BSNL. Its not employees fault. Its the market situation. Govt. has given assurance for full support to BSNL and its staff. If it cant keep its word, then we should not stay in BSNML. Let us revert back to DOT.
