Thanks for taking up the matter of POs for the officials whose training has started in DOT and appointment order issued by BSNL (ITEM NO. 18 OF STRIKE POSTER).
Following Rules are very- very clear and With the SPECIFIC WORDS in the favour of such candidates-
[i] Sub rule (7) & (11) of Rule 37A.
[ii] CCS pension Rule 1972 (Rule 22 and decisions).
[iii] Deptt.of Pens. & Pensioners Wel. Clarifaction No. 38/58/06-P&PW(A) dated 5/3/2008 for New pension scheme & clarify the CCS pension Rules 1972 for trainee.
Pl ask on behalf of us that How an under Secy Level officer of DOT can reject the above Gazette notification of Hon”ble President of India.
