I opine that there should be three major demands in our strike program:-
(i) No VRS, instead BSNL management to opt for other alternatives to improve the income.
(ii) BSNL should be fully compensated for the services extended in the rural areas.
(iii) Should not allow the private operators to sell the connections in the areas where they do not have license which will give us the advantage (BSNL/MTNL) to have a good business in all the circles.
I am in agreement to the proposal made by NFTE to hold the indefinite strike and that too when the parliament session is in progress. It will give us an edge.
The abovesaid points are my personal views and are not connected to any union or the union/association that I am supporting/have supported.
Thanks and Regards
