Despite the decision of the W.Bengal Government to release the 64 files connected with Subhash Chandra Bose, the Central Government is keeping mum with regards to its own Netaji files which are much more than the states government’s. The plea that releasing the files will have problems with foreign countries does not stand reason, after the elapse of about seven decades. The people have a right to know what secrets are in the files.

The Staff Side of the National Council, Joint Consultative Machinery (JCM), has demanded the government and the VII Central Pay Commission that the One Rank One Pension announced for the military pensioners should also be implemented for the Central Government pensioners.

Shiv Gopal Mishra, Secretary, Staff Side has written letters on this point to the Chairman VII CPC, Justice A.K.Mathur. OROP was existing for High Court and Supreme Court Judges as also for CAG earlier. Now it is extended to defence service retirees.

The demand of the Staff Side is fully justified and should be granted. There is no justification not to extend the OROP to the CG Pensioners.

W.Bengal Government to release Subhas Chandra Bose files

Tags

,

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has announced that she will release all the files connected with Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose which are with the state government by next Friday. The Central Government has been continuously refusing to release the Netaji files which are with them all these years. After the release of the files with the by the W.Bengal government, the Central Government will be under compulsion to release their files.

The secrecy and mystery behind the plane accident and consequent death of Subhas Chandra Bose on the one side and on the side that it was a fake story and Netaji lived for years in Faizabad as a saint named Gumnami Baba are still unsolved. Gumnami Baba died on 16th September 1985.

There have been continuous demands to release the secret files on Subhas Chandra Bose for a long time, but the central government stoutly refused. A lot of information will certainly be known after the release of the W.Bengal Netaji files. But more files are with central government.

The people have got a right to know what happened to one of the great leaders of the Independence movement, who even formed the Indian National Army(INA) to fight  the British for the Independence of India.

Kerala BSNLEU and SNEA leaders suspended – CGM Kerala should be shunted out.

The Kerala BSNL circle is boiling with anger. The CGM Kerala has become mad. About 15 senior leaders of the BSNLEU and SNEA including Com.K.Mohanan, Circle Secretary, BSNLEU, Kerala, Com.Pratap Kumar, AGS, BSNLEU, Com. Santhosh, DS, SNEA and Com. K.Narendran, Dist. President, SNEA  have been suspended on the orders of the CGM MSS Rao. CGM with anti-BSNL private companies is in a conspiracy to destroy Kerala Telecom Circle, which has the maximum profit in the whole of India.

BSNLEU, SNEA and BSNLCCWF will not tolerate this attack on them. All India leaders  of these three  unions will meet today afternoon at New Delhi to confront this attack and fight back with strong measures.

We demand the immediate transfer of MSS Rao from Kerala for his anti-union, anti-BSNL activities! Implement the assurances given in the meeting of the Director(CFA) with the union leaders at Thiruvananthapuram on 20th August 2015.
