SC Judgment on PF Pensioners

Today’s Supreme Court judgement on PF Pension a slap on the face of the Central Govt.’s anti – PF Pensioners stand. SC says no restriction of Rs. 15000 as maximum pay for calculation and no cut off date for opting PF Pension. It is but only a temporary relief. Full justice should be meted out to PF Pensioners by granting benefits including Minimum Pension, Medical Benefits etc.
