Hectic preparations are going all over India by the Central and PSU Pensioners Associations, part of Forum of Civil Pensioners Associations (FCPA) to make the three days dharna at the state capital demanding repel of the anti-pensioner Pension Validation Act, which in violation of the historic ‘Nakara’ judgment of the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court and which also denies future benefit to the past pensioners. Massive participation is required.

While on dharna on 19th September 2026, it is also desirable to observe the 58th anniversary of the epic strike of 19th September 1968 in which 17 comrades became martyrs shot / beaten/ run over by trains.
