congratulation all comrades for maassive victory of BSNLEU , Also hearty congratulation regarding designstion change order issued by company. i request to shri Nambodiri ji that JTOs & TTAs (jr Engineers) are working same in the company but one has power and another is not.

please think these things and in revival process of BSNL these cadre should merge i think bcoz both cadres are having same working but too much difference in ohters hand. Now company needs workers not so many boss or superiors.
