Presently there are separate unions/associations for executives and nonexecutives in the PSUs. This in reality is dividing the working class in to separate compartments.
This system should go. All the workers should be united.
Why not one union for both executives and non executives?

This is a new idea for having a united organisation for executives and non-executives. It will take time for acceptance of any new idea.
