The central govt. employees are angry at the meagre increase of only 15% fitment during last 10 years as roecommended VII CPC as per reports in the press.
As per call of Staff Side of National Council JCM, massive dharna will be organised at Jantar Mantar on 19 November 2015.

Many in private sector are not getting even a govt. peon salary. They are deprived of job security n excess work load when compared to govt. employees. Balance is required bw public n private sector. Except some sectors like software n finance, many private sector employees are not even getting reasonable salary. Already inflation is compensated by DA raise. So its better to look in realistic situation.
Private employees should also get justified wages. The Central trade unions have demanded that at least an amount of Rs. 15,00 should be paid as minimum wage to a contract worker. Privtate sector, which is making huge profit should pay their employees reasonably.
