Today, 11th September, 2015 Com. V. A. N. Namboodiri , Advisor and Com.K.G. Jayaraj , General Secretary went to the Prime Minister’s office in South Block, NewDelhi and handed over the letter to the hon’ble Prime Minister requesting his intervention for the early settlement of 78.2% IDA merger to BSNL pensioners retired before 10-06-2013. (The letter in full is published in the website). They also gave copies of the letter to the hon’ble Ministers of Finance and Telecommunications.

sir maximum psu getting 5years wage revision……..why not bsnl will get,since 3years loss is reducing our CMD Said.
BSNLEU had demanded for 5 year wage revision. But 10 year period was already fixed for executives through their pay revision. Our demand is there. In 5 year wage fixation, thefixation benefit will be less than 10 year period.
78.2% IDA Pension fixation is a Major burning issues of retired employees who are being deprived of getting this benefit since long back,suffering arduous financial problem at this old stage . Crying needs is money for survival. REQUESTING HONOURABLE PRIME MINISTER TO INTERVENE FOR EARLIEST SETTLEMENT.

sir,i agree u but union members should meet our CMD regarding wage revision and wage fixation and discuss the issue……when compare to all cmd’s the present cmd is doing good work for growth of bsnl……i think he will do good for employees
dear sir,
i retired on 31-10-2012,and 78.2% of da merger was agreed upon by that time.
but bsnl implemented delayed by eight months. i was deprived of that and waiting
since then for redress. govt is never in the habit of paying any arrears so they go on postponing for years we stand hapless like a farmer looking at the sky ( in karnataka, not in kerala) I request you to help us to get it soon.

The 78.2% IDA fixation order was issued only on 10th June 2013. Those retired after that date has got 78.2%. For those retired before that date from BSNL,we are trying to get the same.
