BSNL Management has issued a circular noting the equipment, like cable, drop wire, modem etc. supplied to the circles, which shows at least some equipment are available. But the report from the workers in many centres is that sufficient equipment are not available. This seems to be contradictory.
It is the immediate task of the leaders of the unions/associations and also Forum to find out the veracity of the statement by BSNL Management that equipment are available in all the circles. Circle Secretaries can immediately meet the CGM and find out in which SSAs these have been allotted and supplied.
Today, 8th June 2015, the one month programme to Save BSNL has been started by the BSNL employees as per the call of the Forum. It is necessary that the workers should be able to show much improvement in this period. The co-ordination between the Management and the employees will increase the effectiveness of the programme.

this is absolutely bullshit dying telephone exchanges are still struggling to get revived by the sufficient supply of high tech equipments but management is continuously denying to do so due to lack of insufficient supply of wires,cables,telephone sets etc. we have lost near about 120 subscribers since the year 2015 begins. starting from media every public passing by is slandering BSNL.
Kindly intimate your SSA so that we will discuss with the management, why the equipments are not supplied there.
this is Malda SSA(WBTC). There are several telephone exchanges around the district have not that minimum equipment to serve landline subscribers. The Divisional Railway Building of Eastern Railway has 71 landline connections.. they are complaining since a month but linemans i.e. casual workers and phone mechanic experts are unable to repair them as the district management is completely disinterested of such matters stating that equipments could not be supplied due to lack of stock. If the situation continues another month Railways will also leave their connections like public sector banks like SBI and PNB. UBI branches are also thinking about to leave our broadband connection due to severe interruption of service causing cable cut
