bsnl management is still not taking initiative to recruit staffs…sir is there any way by which oue forum can pressurize the management to do so?
Now management trainees are going to be recruited. Forum has demanded new recruitment of staff
bsnl management has once again neglected non executives for MT posts. now this generation Non Ex employess having Engineering degrees, post graduation degrees but no ladder to go up for non executives. please make pressure on management to involve Non EX in Bsnl Mt recruitments as same done in Coal India
After strong pressure from the BSNLEU earlier, Non-Executives were made eligible for appearing in the MT examination, but it was cancelled and now only executives are eligible. BSNLEU has again taken up the case.
