BSNL Management has intimated that the meeting of Secretary DOT with the Forum of BSNL Unions/Associations on the strike issues will be held at 17.00 hours on 1st May at Sanchar Bhawan. This is by rescheduling the meeting fixed on 27th April 2015.

Dot Secretary, not taking the issue seriously ,we should make once again a seroius strike ,strike not for 2 or 3 days it should be untill governament come down,
All these will be seriously considered by the Forum of BSNL Unions/Associations which is heading the struggle of BSNL employees. At the same time, maximum effort is to be made by the employees to provide a better and cordial service to the customers, whatever be the limitations.

sir for central government employees getting pay commission in 2016,then for bsnl we it is.
VII Central Pay Commission is expected to submit its report shortly. As far as BSNL employees, or for that matter PSU employees are concerned, the wage negotiation process has not started. Revision of pay/wages were revised for CG employees in 2006 and for PSU employees in 2007.

VRS has not helped any employee or company. See the case of MTNL. 2-3 times VRS has been implemented. It did not benefit the company and the result is on the contrary.This is also a part of destroying BSNL. Further if VRS is given, there will be a lot of expense immediately.
