The DPE has issued orders vide No. W-02/2002/2014-DPE(WC)-GL-I/15 dated 05-01-2015 increasing the IDA 2.2% from January 2015, making the total IDA to 100.3%.
At the same time the VII CPC has not recommended the merger of DA with pay for the Central Government employees. The IDA is also to be merged.Tthe demand has to be raised.

wage revision due for BSNL as per reply from DOT since cabinet appd wef 1/1/2012 to all PSUs , why u are submitting proposal to BSNL wef 1/1/2012 as such noclause in agreement for 10 yrs . so u can ask abi to submit wage revision before feb 2015 for BSNL
