GOVT.AS FIXED CUTOFF DATE FOR BSNL AND MTNL ON 3006/2015.WHAT WILL BE THE REACTION OF UNITED FORUM OF MTNL,BSNL JOINT EXE. AND NON EXE.AND WHAT WILL BE CONTINUE TRADE UNIONS PROGRAM.
