The Labour Ministry, Government of india, vide No. 1/11(2)/2013-LS-II dated 19-09-2013 has revised the minimum wages, which shall come effect from 01-10-2013.
Accordingly the Minimum wages per day to be paid will be as follows:
work above ground / below ground
Unskilled Rs.207.00 / Rs. 257.00
Semi-skilled Rs.257.00 / Rs. 310.00
Skilled Rs.310.00 / Rs. 360.00
Highly skilled Rs.360.00 / Rs. 410.00

chief labour commissioner are i look minimum wages rate are current on date 01-10-2013 include vda rage in par day skilled rate Rs.377 effect from 01-10-2013.

hello sir, this rate include the salery of weekly off ??? i.e suppose i from the calcutta telphones where we get the salery of 26 days but ther it is written salery includes the weekly off.
here we received the salery in the mtce. as aresults there is very much delay in the received of the salery suppose we get the salery after 12th of every month.
this also effect the improvement of the growth of the BSNL i clarify u as the mtce head money is paid to us the job-contract labour the is no improvent in the cabinet/underground cables r becoming useless day to day .Every day there is diconnection of landline as due to non-payment or subs itself.
Sir it my requestttttttttttt pl. change the head of the salery as a result we aslO SATISFIED AND THE BSNL TOOOO.
here in this department we work from 01-04-2001 i.e more ten years , then also our depatmental collegues says we r no part of the department. hi sir in the country india we people who lives near rail station on the railwau land or any othe govts land then when government move them from there the govt provide proper house from them.
and this department where the left union rulling why the contract labours are on this helpless path??????
