The JTO LDCE examination now will be held on 2nd June 2013. The unions had to put much pressure on the management to get the orders issued. After long 12 years, now the examinations are going to be held. A number of vacancies exist and there is good scope for many comrades to pass. My hearty congratulations in advance!

Yes it is true JTO LICE is announced after 12 years ,but what is Good about it? Still your passed comrades of last exam are struggling for their existence..all unions are supporting newly recruited comrades ,what about us ? We are also your supporter since a long time but in last 12 years no strong step taken by union for our regularization . Throughout our service for 21 years we got only one chance to appear in any exam for promotion and that also proved as a big disaster for us .
Many of our friends are not eligible for the exam going to be held on 2nd June due to the their branch of study not included in the 2001 recruitment Rule ,But you all are happy for the new comers … No one is worried about the mental and social condition of a comrade who is a passed candidate of 2000 exam ,officiating as JTO since 2005 and now not eligible for 2012 exam ,what will his status after this exam ???? Surely will be reverted as TTA ….what will he do ..? only a shameful situation like ………. will be there for him/her. But who cares!!

Dear Comrade, I understand your feelings in the matter. But you will have to agree that the union has taken maximum effort to settle the issue. The 2000 examination was a qualifying one and as per then existing rules promotion will be given only to the extent of vacancies. It was due to the continued pressure of the union that 500 -500 qualified officials were promoted in outside vacancies. Offg was also given accordingly. Training was also imported. If the court judgement against these process has not come almost all would have been promoted.If the union had not taken the issue seriously and continuously, nothing of the above would have happened. Union is still making all efforts for your promotion, but there are many road blocks including court case.
Your protest against union has no justification. In fact you have to appreciate the union for what it has done and what it is still doing.

BSNLEU had already demanded that all examinations should be conducted yearly, wherever vacancy exists. Since there are vacancies for JTO this is to be conducted this year.

BSNLEU is trying to have another examination as early as possible.
Bsnl management came with new recruitment rule ” JTO RR 2014″. Is this a routine practice or we can expect a new hope of ray for jto aspirant?

in JTO-LICE 134 qualified in kerala circle. it means, 134 TTA vacancies will come now..
TTA DR exam qualified waiting list is valid till 2015 january.
BSNL will absorb from waiting list for filling these vacancies?

We would really appreciate information of any kind regarding this. While there exist a certain pre recruitment rule regarding filling up of vacancies from waiting list which says notified seats are only likely to be filled this recruitment- coz of the vacancies that may arise, can’t bsnl be flexible on this and operate the waiting list for the filling up of these vacancies? Is there any chance ?
The system with BSNL is that new examination will be held for balance/new vacancies.
this year. after publishing waiting list, within one month, these much huge number of vaancies came. this number is almost same as the vacancies araised in last 4 years. it will be a defficiency of workforce if these vacancies remain unfilled. and a qualified candidates waitinglist also ther. so any chance of operating waiting list? in notification, it was saying VACANCIES ARE PROVISIONAL ,SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
for BSNL also it will be good no, if operte waiting list? ( no need of giving exam)( one year validity wait list is already available with the.
if we give a representation to bsnl, is there any hope? Will BSNLEU support us?
At present there is no system of waiting list. In competitive examinations, the posts are filled up if the candidates pass. If there is to be any change, hen the recruiting rules will have to be changed.

there is very high buzz around the electronic media that in this year 2014 more than 8000 vacancy in bsnl jto will come as direct reqruitment drive.many blogs are filled with notification will come in month of april/may.sir,from last 4 years there is no vacancy of bsnl jto direct reqruitment drive.will this year they come with such huge vacancy?sir please guide us as we aspirants eagerly waiting for this.waiting for your kind response.thankingyou.

as the paper conducted in punjab and whole country is same on 22-05-16 but the quallified candidates are more than the seats in 2013-2014 but in whole country seats are more than total passed?? please check this issue of punjab
