if company is in progressive state more and more workers are needed but if it is dying then the whole scenario is changed and BSNL committee says’ to prevent company, workers are to be retired how it may happen because the policies are totally negative for the growth like late tendering, shortage of staff, not proper assignment of duties etc.
this is the clear view of neglecting the BSNL at central and ministerial level so we should also think from that perspective.
30 % fitment should also be given to the post 2007 Direct recruited TTA
