Petrol hitting century!

Tags

Modi Government can be proud that it has raised the prices of petrol to such an extent that the day is not far off when it will hit century, Rs. 100 for a litre. The people are being taken for a ride to fill up the coffers of the oil giants like Ambani.

Despite strong protests all over India, the prices are increased almost every day. The people should give a sharp rebuff to the ruling party in the coming elections to save the country.

Rafale Deal – The PM should speak

Tags

Serious accusation has been made regarding huge corruption in the Rafale Deal. It is a question of corruption as well as the security of the nation. The PM is reported to be directly involved in the case.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has not spoken so far. The PM should speak in the matter. Otherwise it will be presumed that the accusations are true.

The importance of 5th September Rally at New Delhi

Lakhs of workers, peasants, agricultural workers, employees etc. participated in the historic Mazdoor Kisan Sangharsh Rally held at New Delhi on 5th September 2018. This was a great show of the unity of the Kisan, Agricultural labourers and workers against the anti-peasant, anti-worker policies and acts of central government which has caused untold misery to the common people. The unity built up and maintained  between the people of the village and the workers in the towns/cities is strengthening every day, which gives hope for sustained struggles for the benefit of both.

The next focus is on the All India Convention of Central trade unions (except BMS) and national federations for finalising the strike action. Hope that the National convention will take important decision on the future programme of actions.

Rafale Scam Exposed – Appoint JPC – CPI(M)

Francois Hollande, who was the President of France when the deal for thirty six Rafale fighter aircrafts was signed, has stated that Anil Ambani’s company Reliance Defence was chosen as the offset partner by Dassault Aviation because the Indian Government had proposed his name.

The statement of the former President has exposed the claims made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman that the Indian government had no role in it, as a blatant lie.

The Rafale deal is proving to be a first rate scam which the Modi government is desperately trying to cover up.

A Joint Parliamentary Committee must be formed without delay, so that the role of the Prime Minster and government is enquired into to find out the truth of the matter.
