Modi Government had stated that it expected about about Rs. 7,000 crores black money will come out by way of the chance given to persons to declare the same. But after the expiry of the last date only Rs. 3,770 has been declared by  638 persons. There are thousands of persons still to declare. What action the government is going to take?

German Transport Minister Alexander Dobrindt has exposed the lies of the Auto Giant Volkswagen that the emission issue was only for the cars manufactured for US, stating that the cars supplied in Germany also do not have the regulatory emission standard.

Cheating by this auto giant seems to be in all countries. Whether government of India will test and find out the truth of the cars supplied in India?

Volswagon, (VW) one of the biggest auto-maker, based in Germany is in real trouble. It has been found that the company has been cheating the government as also the customers by not putting correct emissions arrangement. The US Government has caught them flat. The company has lied to the US government that it had fully complied with the emission norms, but the government found out the cheating.

The Chief Executive Officer, Martin Winterkorn is compelled to resign. More than 1.1crore diesel vehicles will have to be again fitted and tested for emissions.

If world renowned companies like Volkswagen are cheating like this, what about others? The US government had caught them, but if it is in India, what will happen? The government officer who might have exposed the cheating will be transferred or punished. The fate of Yudhvir Malik, CEO, FSSAI, who exposed that Maggi noodles has more than permissible lead and MSG is now transferred from the post along with another officer who assisted him. The Central Government as well as the corporate houses criticised FSSAI for its findings and sudden action which resulted in thousands of crore of rupees to the company. It is not the health of the people that the Modi Government is worried, but the health and profit of the corporates!

CBI registers case against former Minister A.Raja for disproportionate assets

The CBI registered a disproportionate assets case against former Communications Minister A.Raja along with 16 others. Raja is already facing a CBI inquiry in the 2G spectrum allocation case.

It is interesting to note that  many of the former Communication Ministers like Sukh Ram, Dayanidhi Maran had faced corruption cases. Of course, telecom  is one of the most profitable sectors and bribery, corruption, favouritism are all part  in the crony capitalism.

Corruptions charges, Parliament.

Monsoon Session of the Parliament has been adjourned sine-die, without much work done. The NDA government is fully responsible for the wash-out, since it is because of its adamant and arrogant stand that no action will be taken against the the Cabinet Minister and two state Chief ministers involved in the alleged Lalit Modi issue and also Vyapam issue. The party which strongly protested against the corruption of Ministers in the UPA ministry, is trying to rescue its own ministers who are involved in scams.

BJP Government, Parliament Disruption, Sitaram Yechury

New Delhi, Aug 1 : Ahead of an all-party meet convened by the government to break the Parliament logjam, CPI(M) today blamed the BJP-led government for disrupting the House, accusing it of trying to escape from accountability behind the veil of conducting a ‘debate for debate’s sake’.

The CPI (M) stuck to its demand for the resignation of Union Minister Sushma Swaraj and Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh Chief Ministers, saying this was necessary for an impartial investigation into the charges against them.

“The opposition correctly maintains that a parliamentary discussion cannot be a substitute for an investigation. These are serious charges that need to be investigated at the highest level.

“Till such an investigation continues, as is the norm for any government servant, the accused demits office in order to ensure strict impartiality. It is precisely this that is being asked of this BJP government,” party General Secretary Sitaram Yechury said. (PTI)

Another Olympics in Beijing – It is 2022 Winter Olympics

Beijing, Winter Olympics

The International Olympic Committee in its meeting held at Kuala Lumpur has awarded the 2022 Winter Olympics to Beijing. It is for the first time that both the Summer and Winter Olympics have been awarded to be held at the same place. The Summer Olympics was hosted by Beijing, the Chinese Capital, in 2008.

The Communist China is not only improving its financial and business status in the world, but  its organisational status also.  Just compare with the inept conduct of the Common Wealth Games in Delhi and the huge corruption connected with it.

Delhi government, witness protection

The Kejrival APP Government of Delhi has notified a scheme intended to protect the witnesses. Called “Witness Protection Scheme”, it makes provisions for safeguarding the lives and security to the witnesses, who give evidences and who are targeted by those against whom the evidences are given.

It is to be noted that in the past, many witnesses have been killed by the accused. In the Vyapam Scam alone many people have been killed mysteriously.

The decision of the AAP government is  appreciated.

Corruption issue – Parliament adjourned today also.

corruption, Parliament.

For the third day, both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha failed to transact any business due to the strong protests from the opposition parties demanding sacking of External Affairs Minister Sushama Swaraj and Chief Ministers Shivraj Singh Chouhan (MP) and Vasundhara Raje in connection with the Lalit Modi issue and the Vyapam scam.

The BJP which rose to power focusing against corruption of the Congress government can not hide now. It has to sack its corrupt Ministers. Prime Minister Modi has to answer to the people. If the BJP is sincere against corruption, it has to throw the corrupt ministers out. Instead, it is defending the corrupt Ministers.
