ഒരു ദിവസത്തിൽ ശരാശരി 12 മരണം.
സർക്കാരിനും പ്രതിപക്ഷത്തിന്നും ഇത് ഒരു സാധാരണ സംഭവം മാത്രം. സുരക്ഷയും, നിയന്ത്രണങ്ങളും വേണമെന്ന് ആർക്കും നിർബന്ധമില്ല. നിയമങ്ങൾ കർശനമാക്കാൻ സർക്കാർ തുടങ്ങിയാൽ പ്രതിപക്ഷത്തിന്റെ എതിർപ്പും.
ആകാശത്തിലായാലും, കടലിലായാലും കരയിലായാലും മരണം മരണം തന്നെയല്ലേ? ദുഃഖകരമല്ലേ?

ഇന്ത്യയിൽ നിന്നും കട്ടെടുത്തതും, പിടിച്ചെടുത്തതും, നിർബന്ധസമ്മാനമായി നേടിയെടുത്തതും, ഒളിച്ചു കടത്തിയതുമായ എത്രയെത്ര വിലപ്പെട്ട സാധനങ്ങളും, രത്നങ്ങളും, പുസ്തകങ്ങളും, ചരിത്ര പ്രാധാന്യമേറിയ പൗരാണിക രേഖകളും എല്ലാമാണ് അവിടെയുള്ളത്? കോഹിനൂർ രത്നവും, ടിപ്പു സുൽത്താന്റെ ആയുധങ്ങളുമെല്ലാം അതിൽ ചിലതു മാത്രം. ഇന്ത്യൻ പട്ടാളക്കാരുപയോഗിച്ച വിവിധ തരത്തിലുള്ള ആയുധങ്ങൾ, ഒന്നാം സ്വതന്ത്ര സമരം അടിച്ചമർത്തിയ ശേഷം കൊണ്ടുപോയ മുഗള രാജാക്കന്മാരുടെ സ്വർണ – രത്ന ശേഖരങ്ങൾ, രാജ്ഞിമാരുടെയും രാജാക്കന്മാരുടെയും സ്വകാര്യ ഛായ ചിത്രങ്ങൾ….എന്തൊക്കെ, എന്തൊക്കെ?
സ്വതന്ത്ര ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഭരണാധികാരികൾ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ പൈതൃകമായ ഈ വിലപ്പെട്ട ചരിത്ര വസ്തുക്കൾ തിരിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്നതിന് വല്ല ശ്രമവും നടത്തിയോ? നടത്തിയെങ്കിൽ എന്തുകൊണ്ട് കിട്ടിയില്ല എന്നെല്ലാം ജനങ്ങളോട് പറയേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. അതല്ല, കൊള്ളയടിച്ചവയെല്ലാം ബ്രിട്ടീഷുകാർക്ക് അവകാശപ്പെട്ടതാണെങ്കിൽ അതും വ്യക്തമാക്കണം.
ഏറ്റവും നിരുത്തരവാദപരമായ കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ നിലപാട് ഇന്ത്യൻ ജനതയോടുള്ള അവഹേളനമാണ്. സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം കിട്ടി 75 വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞു അമൃത് മഹോത്സവം ആഘോഷിക്കുമ്പോഴും ഇന്ത്യൻ വിമാനങ്ങളിലെ VT ( Viceroy’s Territory ) എന്ന ബ്രിട്ടീഷ് സർക്കാരിന്റെ അടയാളം മാറ്റാൻ തെയ്യാറാവാത്തവരാണല്ലോ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണാധികാരികൾ. അവരിൽ നിന്നും മറ്റെന്ത് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാൻ!

King Charles III will be crowned at Westminister Abbey today. He is the 40th Royal to be crowned since AD 973.
We demand that the new King (1) apologises to India for the massacre of Jalianwalabagh in 1919 and (2) declare that all heritage items, valuables, including Kohinoor Diamond, historical douments etc stolen and forcefully taken from India during their colonial rule will be returned to India.
Modi govt should have the backbone and tenacity to demand the above in the interest and honour of the Nation.
ഇന്ന് നടക്കുന്ന ചാൾസ് മൂന്നാമന്റെ കിരീട ധാരണ സമയത്ത്, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അത് കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ, ജാലിയൻവാലാബാഗ് കൂട്ടക്കൊലയിൽ ഇന്ത്യയോട് മാപ്പ് പറയുവാനും അതേപോലെ കോളനി വാഴ്ചകാലത്തു കവർന്നെടുത്ത കോഹിനൂർ രത്നമടക്കമുള്ള അമൂല്ല്യ സാധനങ്ങളും ചരിത്ര രേഖകളും തിരിച്ചു തരുമെന്ന് പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കാനും ആവശ്യപ്പെടാൻ മോദി സർക്കാർ തന്റെടവും ആർജവവും കാണിക്കണം.

PENSION REVISION – MEMBER (S) SAYS DECISION WITHIN A WEEK.
Com.K G Jayaraj General Secretary had a telephonic discussion on pension revision with Shri. Uma Shankar Pandey, Member (Services) , DoT on 01-05-2023.
Member( Services) has stated that he expected the decision on fitment factor within a week.

Comrades, your struggles and sacrifices are not in vain. Struggles continue world over for the emancipation of the toilers.
