‘Non-Executive’ is a negative designation meaning one is not an executive. This is part of the British colonial legacy. A positive name should be given to this section of employees. DPE should take action for the same.
‘Non-Executive’, ‘Non-Gazetted’ and similar designation/category should change.

Your work is appreciable i was thinking and disscussing these matter sice years but without resources, but you have done real freedom of India related work. In many working section our departments are following these british terms which insults real indians at that timeand now still we are following, shame shame

It is true that the Indian Government has not taken serious note of these. We have to take up the issue with the government.
