Communications Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad told the Parliament yesterday that the telecom companies have been fined a total of Rs. 2,513 crores for failing to implement the customer verification guidelines. The violation was found out through the verification by the TERM cells. The private companies are in the habit of providing connections without proper verification in order to increase their customers and get more profit.

I am ex employee of dgca/naa/aai, retired as dgm from aai, I joined dgca in augist 69 most of dgca staff has to join naa as the gov made a psu naa by parliament act 85 &gov dues were settled
Up to 1st oct 89. On 2nd oct 89 naa was formerly we were absorbed in naa & this alongwith iaai was merged into on 01.04.9501.04.95.few employees did not get any pensionary benifits due to less than 10 yrs service in dgca.aai opted for eps 95 policy from this date & not from oct 89 & again no pension ffrom oct 89 to march 95. Virtually we lost pension for 17 yrs of service due to the policy of central gov for increaing the effociency& employees lost their pension by this. Dgca / aai/epfo not doing any thing for loss of our pensionary benfits.it is requested to do something for our dues. Thanks
