Dear Comrade, Our demand for Bonus for all was agreed and bonus was given for non-executives and non-executives for many years, but was stopped by 2010. The demand for bonus is now taken by the Forum and already some action programme has been organised.
Regarding wage revision, our demand was for 5 years, but the management has not agreed. So, no mention was made in the agreement, except that both Pay revision for Executives and non-executives will be done together. Do not think that whatever we demand will be accepted. It is through hard struggle only even small demands are agreed. Strengthening the organisation and unity in struggle is the only way out.
