We are very unhappy and angry when our train, bus or flight is late, because it will delay our reaching the destination in time and spoil our plans and programmes. We are angry when the news paper boy does not bring the paper in time. We are also angry if there is delay in breakfast or lunch. We are, in fact, not happy when others are late or delayed.
But what about ourselves? Are we in time to attend office? Are we in time to attend faults? Have we completed our work in time? The answer is up to you to give.
Revival of BSNL is a ‘Do or Die’ battle for us. We can not be casual in this. Each and every employee, executive and Top Management have to jointly make all out efforts to bring BSNL out of the present crisis and rejuvenate it. Is it possible. IT IS!

in west Bengal the office starts from actually 12 pm , many times management tries its effort to make the arrangement of the attendence in the computer but fails to implements it and all the efforts for making the software goes in vanished.
As i am also the lower level working class but very sorry to said the what the rumors comes that the union oppose it as it saying the group c and d officails r not eligible to give the attendence in the computers as they r class VIII passed.
So i request that there must be a move or effort should be taken from union to improve the duty hours regarding the staff and the executives too and make the rumors false regarding the rumors, then only the imrovement is possible in BSNL… a proverb is wrightly said ” First make a child to sit a hour in the school when move to lower nursury”.
If i am said any thing wrong then i am sorry to everyone..
Every person has to improve their work culture.
Much awaited post! All bsnl official please have a look at it and try to make yourself a responsible employee, rather i should say a customer caring employee
