Lakhs of Central Government Employees will be marching to Parliament on 28th April 2015 focusing their demands including Merger of DA with Pay, Interim relief, early submission of CPC report etc.
It is time that the government take immediate action on these issues.

MAJORITY PUBLIC WANTED GOOD SERVICE PRIVATE IS ONLY A WAY TO IMPROVE THE SERVICE EFFICIENCY.10000 CRORES CORRUPTION IN RAILWAY IN PURCHASING IN ETC AND AT LAST PUBLIC THEY HAVE TO SUFFER A LOT.STRIKE IS NOT A SOLUTION TO IMPROVE SERVICE.MAJORITY EMPLOYEES THEY ARE THEY ARE PERFORMING FIVE HOURS DUTY AND HENCE PRIVATE IS ONLY A SOLUTION TO REMOVE ALL HURDLE.
You are completely mistaken. There maybe a few employees who may be shirkers. But the majority are sincere and dedicated workers. it is the govt.s policy and mismanagement that is creating the problem. The Railway Corruption or the Ag Spectrum corruption or the Coal corruption is not by employees or workers. They are all by the Ministers, top officers and business people. By starving the BSNL for equipment, which resulted in deterioration of services, is the carefully prepared agenda of the government/management. Whether it is the government,PSU or private – they are all workers and works under the management.It is the duty of the management to utilise the work force effectively. The Unions are suggesting many proposals for improvement of the services, which, neither the government considers nor the management implements, since their agenda is to destroy BSNL and hand over to private. It is to be under stood that the BSNL workers are in struggle at present not for their financial demands but for improving the services and strengthening BSNL. The workers will continue their struggle to give a better service to the customers, despite all odds.
