Dear Comrade,
I have already replied to you to contact the Circle Secretary of the BSNL Employees Union in your circle. The Union is taking all the cases and as per the latest, these are settled at the Circle level. Instead of continuously asking the same question, approach the Circle Secretary with all the details. The question of CGA, limited to 5% of the vacancies etc. are part of government decisions. This is being opposed not by BSNLEU alone, but the entire central government employees’ organisations. This has been presented before the VII Central Pay Commission also. Unless the Central Government changes its policy, the existing restrictions will continue. Of course, the unions are fighting to change the policy.
Sir I will be sending my CGA document to your address as early as possible but a question has arised in my mind that our BSNLEU Manipur will come to know about contacting General Secretary-President of BSNLEU India will they harm me I’m in fear Help me sir.
