The new CMD BSNL, Shri Anupam Srivastava, has called upon the CGMs to fast track the developmental activities and improve the profits. He has also addressed letters to the unions in this respect. Another circular has been issued for ensuring punctuality.
We appreciate the initiative of the CMD. We hope that this process and initiative will be continued and put in to action.

Sir, settling only wage provisions will not only improve BSNL in order to make the best top class we have to look why public are using other network rather than BSNL is that(the customer you are calling is not reachable at the moment) poor network especially north east, and Management have also to look BSNLEU long pending issues at CHQ.
All such cases are to be taken with the management for improving the system.
