BSNL CCWF has given another letter to the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Labour, countering the statement of BSNL Management that in all the circles, the labour laws, minimum wage, EPF etc have been implemented. The hollowness and falseness of the management statement has been exposed with concrete evidences and figures.
BSNLCCWF requested the Standing Committee to direct the BSNL Management to ensure implementation of minimum wage etc.

But after 13 years we r only eligible to get this only i contract labour who works for last 13 years but after this only we listen we r fighting for minimum wages and socail secruities where as BSNL management asking for recruitment of Tele/Mech vide different circles vide order no 250-39/2014 dt 29-10-2014. waht to do sir ???????? fight for demands
Dear Comrade, The struggle against the wrong policies of the government is not easy. For that the BSNL Contract Workers Federation, the organisation of the casual contract workers have to be strengthened. Without an organisation, one individual alone can not fight and get the demands. Try to build up a strong association in your place and inform me how many members are there etc. Also inform the condition of the casual contract workers there. This is most necessary.
good evening sir, thanks for ur interest in my comments, I said true sir i am working in kolkata telephones working since 2001 but then there was no EPF & ESI but with the help of BSNLEU a union was formed and from 2004 we enlisted in epf and esi from 20004 to 2010 there was well strength union but since new new politics enetred in the west bengal many members r changed in which SSA i work there r about 300 to 340 workers and near about all members r us but now scenario changed and now we r about 100 members in our ssa.I thought that we eligible to get the minimum wages and we r getting itt. But sir ur dream is not that when we entered in BSNL i am about 18 years but now i am afraid of about my job. I and my family 7 members dream to regular my job . I am graduate from Calcutta University .And sir i am ur first follwers sir plaese help mee more to say sir_______________
Sir, we were given TSM status on 27-05-96 by TDE,TEZPUR SSA ASSAM CIRCLE. Since then we were receiving wages :BASIC,DA,HRA,CCA,TA except yearly increment due to plea of pending court case. But from Jan,2010, our salary are being paid as casual labour. We have already appealed to the authority to clarify in this regard but turned a deaf ear. Please take n/a at your end to bestow our legitimate sure.
