Detailed discussion took place in the meeting between the Director(HR) BSNL and Joint Action Committee of the Non-Executive Unions today, 27th June. All the 30 items were discussed. The discussion was cordial and effective but there is not much of a concrete decision.
It was stated by the management that the Rs. 200 SIM Card will be provided to all Non-Executives. It was also agreed that the various committees like Change of designation Committee, PLI committee etc. will be held at an early date. It was also assured that all CGMs will be once again reminded regarding implementation of labour laws, minimum wage etc. for casual/contract workers. Works Committee will be held as per earlier decision.

what s the reason for delaying in change of the designations eventhough there is nothing matter of expense.I request our leaders to be very strong to solve the problem, without commit with management.
After discussion in the meeting of the JAC with Director (HR) yesterday, the meeting of the committee is scheduled to be held probably on 23rd July 2014. The JAC / BSNLEU has strong opinion in the matter and will press for early correct decision.

Kindly come to a conclusion for the wage erosion issue of TTA s of post 2007 recruitees.as days goes, loss goes on increasing to TTAs.please give justice for what we are losing exactly.
