Com.V.A.N.Namboodiri, President BSNLEU and Convener Forum of BSNL Unions and Associations met Shri Anupam Shrivastava, Director (CM) BSNL today, 29th April 2014, and discussed about the improvement of BSNL Services and how to market our services effectively. The suggestions/proposals submitted by the Forum were explained briefly by Com. Namboodiri. Director (CM) assured that the Management make all out efforts for making the company financially viable and the unions’ suggestions are always welcome.
Please sir, improve your BSNL which is in a most dilapidated condition in Giridih – non listens to subscribers’ grievance. Your BSNL people, top to bottom are corrupt and lazy – I’ve no more words to use for them.
I am your landline subscriber since more than 50 years (06532-250293) and Cell One (9431144488) from the first day of its inception. Now my landline working hardly for 15 days in a month and so Broadband remains out of service. Cell One has network problem and hardly one can completeconversation in one go. If you ask them the replies would be “Cable chori ho gaya” .
I’m sadden, helpless – but cannot quit for a sentimental attachments.
