25 days have passed since the murder of Com. Sukenderpal Singh, District Secretary of BSNLEU Ghaziabad. But no action has been taken to arrest or suspend the GM Ghaziabad or other culprits. If it was an officer at the level of GM was murdered, the police and the BSNL Management would have swung in action and many would have been arrested, suspended etc. But because Com. Surendrerpal is only an employee, there is no action. We have seen when a top executive in Maruti was killed during the agitation, the Haryana government has put 147 workers in the jail and about 200 terminated. But here even after twenty days, no action- no action at all. The conspiracy behind this inaction can not be explained and tolerated. Hence the strike starting from today night.
One or two friends have asked me how you are accusing the GM etc. in the murder and how he or anybody else can be arrested or suspended till the guilt is proved. It is for the court to give the judgement. But before proving guilty or judgement the police has to act as they usually do. In this case they are purposely delaying the matter. Whether the BSNL Management has been suspending employees after the guilt is proved. NO. When the allegation is raised or FIR is filed against an employee, he is suspended by the management usually. Bu here it is silent. This can not be accepted or tolerated. Hence the struggle.

The root cause of this attack is to clamp down on trade union rights and to defend corporate corruption. BSNLEU was exposing corruption and malpractices by the BSNL management in Ghaziabad, it was after this that the management started attacking the union transferring it’s members and threatening it’s office with eviction.
The New Wave group in Pune expresses it’s full solidarity in support of the struggle. It is necessary for continuous mobilizations of all BSNL employees across the country to pressurize the authorities to act. The GM is charged with murder and a prima facie case is there for the police to lodge an enquiry, it’s only because of Adesh Kumar’s standing and influence that he has been successful in buying out the cops and sitting pretty with favor from the DOT and BSNL top management.
It is necessary that the investigation is not corrupted for which we must work to make for an independent commission for inquiry which will be accountable to the employees and trade union representatives.
if we stand by the truth it is sure that we will get justice now and then and it has been proved that truth prevails whatever happens , but what if that truth is being doctored for our own personal favours ……….for our own good what if we are just blowing things out of proportion , what if we are just using somebody truth and then manipulating it to use it all in their own favours…………….fighting for someone justice and what if we ourselves is creating havoc and creating stories for some mean minded favours of our own………….first of all the basic rule and responsibility of we as a person and as a humble human being is first clarify and have enough proof to accuse anyone ………….if we want justice first we should get our facts clear and get the true story …………..if we ourselves are favoring the false narrations by some mean minded person then how can we get assurity from somebody else to give justice …………when we ourselves are giving false narrations, public is not stupid to believe all these things …………….dont poloticise it we should not behave like britishers did “divide and rule” ………….we all know it politics is itself a meaner dirtier game that anyone could think of…………………but let us not make it more merkier lets be a true citizen of struggeling india where corruption prevails in every field and as a responsible citizen being bounded by heavy responsiblity we should be true to ourselves and to our work and country we should not misguide anyone for our own personal favours ………………..on one side we condem the corruption and corrupt practices ………………….we ourselves are victim of this corruption and lies ,in our day to day living we are totally disguised by wrong doing of person ………….but what if we are also one of them, what if we are supporting things which are false and directly or indirectly giving a helping hand to corrupt persons and became one of them …………its so sad on one side we critise the wrong doings but on the other hand helping them to do wrong things………………….sad it really sad………………………..if we believe that we should stop all these wrong doings then we ourselves first should be the one doing so………….by not supporting wrong doings…………and then only we have full right to stop others from doing wrong……………………SAD IS REALLY SAD…………….
BSNLEU stands for justice and fairplay. In the present case the prima facie evidences all point out to the dark role of the GM Ghaziabad in the murder of the District Secretry, as is known to all who have gone through the postmortem report and other informations. It is for the police to arrest him abd enquire. Even for small things employees are suspended. There is murder charge under Rule 302 and alleged culprit is not still arrested or suspended. Today the workers all over India have gone on strike demanding the arrest and suspension of the GM and other culprits. Why the Centrasl government and the state government is not taking any action? This is the most important issue here.
