The brutal killing of com.Sukenderpal, District Secretary of BSNLEU has been severely condemned by many unions/associations and wanter the culprits to be arrested. SNEA and AIBSNLEA have put it their websites also. I am reproducing the same below::From AIBSNLEA Website

In addition, thee CITU and other trade unions in Ghaziabad has come to the meeting held on 23rd at GM office premises and condemned the brutal murder. they have also given full support and solidarity to the demand of the workers for the arrest of the culprits.

Everybody is demanding that culprits should be put behind bars but no hard and solid action seems from the side of BSNLEU, JAC, CMD and local administration. GM Gaziabad is an ITS officer and incident took place in GM office
All serious efforts are being made by the unions for arresting the GM and other culp[rits. BSNLEU leaders have visited Ghaziabad immediately and met the SP and District Magistrate and demanded immediate arrest of the GM and other culprits. A oneday strike has been organised by BSNLEU in UP West circle on 25th October. Demonstration all over India was organised as per BSNLEU CHQ call. All India Unions as perr the call of the Forum of BSNL Unions/Associations have send telegrams to Chief minister, Uttar Pradesh demanding immediate arrest of the GM and other culprits. BSNLEU leaders have met Member(Services), DOT, CMD, BSNL and other top officers and demanded suspension of the GM. Ghaziabad workers are continuing the strike since the incident. Hundreds of telegrams have gone to Chief minister Uttar Pradesh. The Central Secretariat of the BSNLEU is meeting tomorrow to plan further agitation at all India level. No stones will be unturned and no efforts missed for getting justice in this matter.
I deeply condem the death of union leader Sukinderpal singh……..its really sad on the part of their family members who have lost thier beloved family member……..and this loss can never be filled…….but sir all this has turned out to be very different as to what actually happened, all this has taken the revenge matter for all those who want to take out the personel enmity with the persons inculcated as culprits…….and it seems that wrong information about the incidence is being inculcated to media persons and higher authority person…………media writes what they think is right,they dont have proof of whatever they write and say “and in the recent research even the media credebility is being questioned “and they dont know the actual truth……..neither the police is doing anything nor the department itself doing anything to solve all this matter by just believing the gossip mongers one should not believe that ok this is actually what have happened………people are being misguided here……………. why havent they done anything till now why no inquiry………… atleast what all actually happened can be ascertained only after that …….just what some persons are narrating false stories ……should we blindly believe that………..we as a responsible citizens shouldnt believe anything without any proof ,we shouldnt believe that ok one of my person is saying this then this is actually what happened and one truth about all this is that the other persons who are named in this FIR were actually not present there at that time……………… they are being framed but they are hopeless because they are not getting support from union members and police its between the GM and union members why are others being framed ……….this case should be given to some responsible person who can handle all this……….CBI inquiry should be set up so that the actual truth comes out and those who are culprits be punished not like what all is happening now……..the right person are being wronged here they are sufferring because of no fault of their own…….they cant do anything because they dont have any support they are being victimised and have been made victims, its the case between GM and other leaders of unions why the innocent people being victimised here……..police only heares to powerful people……..and the union members, they dont pay regard to anybody else……..now what the person who dont have union support as well as the power….do in this case…..they are just being victimised……..sir you being such a responsible person can guide the union members onto the right path they are being misguided by some selfish people who want their personel enmity to be equalled here someone has died let that person get justice not that by framing wrong persons you can get justice and by giving wrong narrations of the incidence ……….all this is happening in this democratic country of ours i thought that truth prevails whatever happens …..my father have always teached me to be true to yourself and your country he had been the role model for me…………i am what i am because of him………..but after experiencing all this god knows what will happen………………sir please look into this matter personally let the real culprits be punished…….and let the truth be narrated to people concerned dont allow the persons to fabricate the real truth ……….its a humble request from a daughter……….which has belief that someday day the real truth will come out and those who are being fabricated into all this matter because of no fault of their own will get justice……………sir please do look into this matter personally…….and resolve this matter as soon as possible………..

I have gone through both your comments. Although I don’t know who you are, I understand your agony and deep feelings in the matter. As you state this is an inhuman and heinous crime to take one’s life which cannot be brought back. Certainly the responsible persons have to be caught, enquired and punished. It is a well-known and admitted fact that the brutal beating has taken place in the GM’s office and that the GM is involved. The FIR is filed by the family of the deceased who have lost their dear father. The Union stand is very clear. Those who are the culprits should be punished and no innocent person should be punished. It is for the police and the court to enquire and find out the truth and punish the culprits. I can once again affirm that the Union does not want any innocent person to be punished. I hope you will also agree fully with me.
With regard to rumours, propaganda etc. , once a murder has taken place, different opinions usually come out according to one’s information. There is nothing unusual, but the truth has to be found out.
