It is understood that the BSNL Board has approved:
1) 78.2% IDA fitment 2) NE-12 Payscale and 3) Recruitment of 2670 TTAs. The first has been part of the 13 June strike agreement. The second is on the basis of the agreement with BSNLEU on NEPP and the third is as per the requirement of the company. All the three are good decisions and I congratulate the management for the decisions which will benefit the company and the workers.
It is time to ensure better and better service to the people. The management should ensure adequate equipments for development, expansion and maintenance. That is lacking at present. Let all of us try our best to improve the services and financial position of the union.
comrade first of all I congratulate all national leaders and every member of BSNLEU for this greate achievement of 78.2% IDA , NE-12 as this is the effect of strike by all comrades in June. Comrade let me whether the employee who have retired on 01-01-2007 or after 1-1-2007 is beneficial for this 78.2% IDA as some of comrades who have retired are asking this frequent questions and also who have submitted and are going to submit Voluntary Retirement in next month, so pl clarify as there is no clarification in yesterdays highlights in union site. pl pl reply soon as two comrades are going to retire on F/N of 10th sept 2012 in Bijapur SSA.Once again my personal congrats to all.
Dear Comrade,
Let us wait for a few days to find out exactly what is the decision of the BSNL Board.
comrade, is it not possible to have details of discussions held in Board meeting by Com Abimanyu or others
There is nobody from the union side in the BSNL Board. We can only report n the basis of the information we are able to get.
Is there any possibility to regularise casual labourers by making forum of bsnl unions like 13 june strike? what is progress report of Rajy’a Sabha provisional admitted unstarred/starred Question Diary No. 52300 for 24/08/12 Asked by Shri Tapan Kumar Sen, Hon’ble M P, regarding regularization of casual workers engaged in bsnl?
Dear Comrade,
BSNLEU and BSNL CCWF have been continuously taking up the issue of regularisation of casual labour with the BSNL Management, DOT, Communications minister, Chief Labour Commissioner, Labour Ministr, Parliamentary Standing Committee on Labour and even Prime Minister. Agitations also have been organised. But so far no favourable decision have been taken. We are continuosly puting pressure.
The question of taking up the issue by the JAC has already been brought to the notice of the JAC.
