Meeting of the Anomaly Committee to be held on 16th May
Next meeting of the Anomaly Committee will be held on16th May. We want to complete the agreement in the same meeting. We have already insisted that the issue should be favourably settled by granting the pay of the junior official to the senior in the higher grade if it is less that the junior in the lower grade.
Respected sir ! Anomaly is anomaly, eighter it is about jointures and seniors or in reduction in pay of post 2007 recruited. Then why for one case the committee is made and meetings are being held and for other one there is nothing ?
This is the case about the anomalies that has arisen in the payscale of all cadres consequent to the wage conversion from CDA to IDA in 2000. This is pending for the last 10 years. The present position is that the Ernakulam High Court has given judgement to settle the issue in the case of those who filed the case. We are trying to get it settled for all the officials affected including TTAs.This is not a cadre issue but of all the employees.

only one thing..why it happens only with TTA CADRE. this is unfair with us.
aakhir aapne kewal DRTTA ko hi 30% nahi diya gaya.jabki other psu jaise BHEL etc. me pay revision ka benifit mila hai..

For your kind considerations, I am here submitting some proposals after detail studying various designations in RailTel, BHEL, other PSUs. (Rail Tel is modern Telecom company with good, modern organization structure. Please kindly look at Rail Tel company for lot of comparisions).
For other Non Executives Cadre in Group C, Group D:
We also kindly request you to observe, study the designations in BHEL, RailTel for betterment in other cadres of NE in BSNL. In BHEL, RailTel they are having good designations in all Cadres of Non-Executives
In BSNL no promotions with scales higher than executive scales (with in the non executive promotions), (one can get scales of exectives only through promotion to executives(JAO, JTO))
In BHEL non-executives are having promotions of scales more than initial executves scales of BHEL, but in BSNL/Railtel promotions in Non-Executives higher than executives scales are not there, (please check table of non-executives of BHEL, page 6,7)
