Minister Kapil Sibal has stated that the 3G roaming by those private companies which have not received 3G licence in those circle is illegal. But he did not mention about what is the action going to be taken against these companies.
Instead he has only stated that all stake holders including the private companies will be invited for talks to find out a solution. This seems to be a plan to allow the private companies national roaming with some penalty.
Instead, the government should take strict action against these violations and cancel their licenses as per provisions.

It is a process of making illegal to legal and nothing else. Why should Kapil Sibal take too much initiative otherwise. What is the meaning of inviting the private telcos for talks to find out a solution? What else could be the solution other than allowing them to go on….
Cancellation at this stage is not possible and I opine that the unions should take up this matter… Why should not our unions file a PIL in this regard? Please correct me if I am wrong as I am not very conversant with the legal matters.
I thought we should be the “Whistle Blower” this time.
