The Central Executive Committee of All India BSNL DOT Pensioners Association (AIBDPA) held at Kolkatta on 18-19 August 2011 has adopted a Charter of Demands of the Pensioners and has decided to organise protest demonstrations / dharna on 19th September country-wide. The details of the decisions of the CEC will be put on the website of the AIBDPA.

We have formed AIBDPA through out the country as per the decision taken by BSNLEU CHQ. The Welfare Association formed by Mr.P.S.Ramankutty & Co also is functioning. Giving us a great shock a dharna organised by PSR &CO was inaugurated by none other than Com:V.S.Achuthanandan, Central Committee Member of CPI(M) and the opposition leader of Kerala Assembly. This has to be taken up at the appropriate level
