As naturally expected, the corporates and their legal sharks have started serious attacks on the decision of the High Court to allow CAG to audit the private telecom firms to find out whether they have cheated the government by reducing the revenue to avoid the revenue sharing to the government. Clear indications are there that this is a fact.
Editorials are written against the decision. Congress leader and Senior Advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi has strongly opposed the HC decision.
