The Islamic month of Muharram starts today. It is a central Govt. holiday. Though the holiday was declared yesterday (14th November ) earlier, it was changed to 15th November later due to reasons well known to Government. Is it, it coincided with the Birthday of Prime Minister Nehru and also the Children’s Day or because of modification of the date on fresh calculation?
