EPF, Textile Workers

In order to favour the Corporates and the MNCs, the NDA government is attacking the hard earned rights of the workers. The latest is the decision of the central government to exempt the workers from the EPF facility in the textile industry.

The government’s anti-worker decisions have to be exposed and defeated.
Organise the 2nd September 2016 strike called by the Central Trade Unions with maximum participation!

Anti-Labour decision in Textile Sector

The decision of the Central government to remove the condition of compulsory EPF in the textile sector will deprive lakhs of Textile workers from the EPF security net. This is only to satisfy the corporate managements by removing their liability for contributing to the EPF of the employees.

This is one more anti-labour decision of the NDA government.

According to a statement issued by the United Nations, there are about 65.3 million refugees in the world. This is an all time record. This means about one per cent of the people are refugees. The world population is approximately 734.9 crores. The maximum number of refugees are from Palestine followed by Syria and Afghanistan. This clearly shows that the reason for the refugees are mainly due to external and internal wars.
