The conciliation meeting called by the Dy. Chief Labour Commissioner, New Delhi on the demands of the Strike on 2nd September 2015 was held today, 18th September. Com.VAN Namboodiri, President, represented BSNLCCWF. The non-implementation of the Minimum wage, EPF, ESI etc. to the casual contract workers were brought to his notice. He stated that whatever are the orders of the government should be implemented and the labour Department will take necessary action.Since the strike is over, the conciliation meeting was closed.
