Now the latest is the purchase of iconic Lincoln House by Pune based industrialist Cyrus Poonawalla for Rs 750 crore. It was a palace earlier and leased to US Consulate.

This is to be seen in the Indian context, where there are many crores of poor people, who do not have any home and stay in the open.
