The AIBDPA Kerala Circle Conference is being held at Thiruvananthapuram on 7 & 8 October. The RTTC where it is being held is an institution for training new recruits and also for giving refresher courses to existing employees.
There are many such institutions being run by BSNL in the country.
But I think  a question certainly arises; Whether these instituitions are fully utilised?
