Kindly refer to this office letter no CFA/CSC/PB/CO/CSC INFRA/75 Dated 19/12/2013 &followed by reminder dated 07/01/2014&27-01-2014 regarding above noted in subject. A meeting between CMD BSNL and the Forum of BSNL Unions/Associations was held on 30th November 2013.Issues presented by BSNL Unions/Associations in the meeting out of which following issues pertain to Customer Service centers were forwarded for necessary compliance .
1 Circulation/Propagation of BSNL Plans for subscribers
2 One Window System for dealing with Customers (Single Window System)
