The BSNL Unions/Associations of the Forum have jointly issued an appeal to all the BSNL employees to actively participate in the agitational programmes chalked out demanding implementation of the agreement on 78.2% IDA fixation. Demonstrations on 22nd May, Dharnas on 5th June and Indefinite strike from 12th June are the programmes. We have to make the strike 100% strike literally ensuring that all the BSNL offices/exchanges are completely closed on the strike days.

R/Sir, I m post 2007 tta , from ludhiana ssa and attached to bsnleu from 1st day of joining. Sir ji i comfortable with local eu leaders and their cooperation but sir whenever their is any strike or dharna by joint from why our one deemand of 30% fitment is not included. Sir jac consider the demand of contract workers then why not ours. Sir i m 30 yr old and roughly 40-50 younger then u like your grand childern. I hv small family who needs money for their needs. But bsnl is not giving me right wage . Plz consider me a labour of bsnl and plz put my wage loss + 30 % fitment case in ur jac strike / dharna . Sir ji sorry if said wrong it is true that i m doing hard work and bsnl giving me less wage. Plz sir took this matter seriously.
Dear Comrade, the 30 per cent issue is very important, there is no doubt about it. Now all the unions felt that the management has cheated the entire workers by not implementing an agreement which had been signed one year back. Implementation of this agreement will benefit each and every worker. It is in this situation that no other demand is placed. The 30 per cent / 5 advance increment for post 2007 recruited employees case is being persued by BSNLEU.
Comrade is happy that our senoir most listen my voice which shows a bond b/w comrade and our commander. Plz sir keep our morals up and put this matter in jac strike. Hope that commander will listen this young wounded solider. Thanks again and happy with ur sincere attitude towards yonger comrades but i will keep reminding that this is demand is not bond to cadre but to our families who waits our salary for whole month and when we get then a t/mech they also feel sorry and pray to god for our better luck. I keep patience but wage loss pintches me each moment mently and i feel cheated by bsnl. Plz sir take this issue 78.2% ida merger. Again thanks to youself.
