As scheduled the joint discussion by the Chief Labour Commissioner (CLC) with the Forum of BSNL Unions/Associations and BSNL management was held today. Both sides expressed their view points in the matter of repatriation of the non-opted ITS officers to DOT. The meeting is postponed to 3rd January 2013 for further hearing.
The case in the Delhi High Court has been postponed to 18th December 2012 with direction to the BSNL management to repatriated the non-optee ITS officers to DOT before 15 th December. The management wanted 10 years to complete the repatriation in a progressive way. The court did not accept the proposal.
yes atleast everybody should understand the hidden policy. in the name of public service our telecommunication was made as a goats in front of temple to cut their head. But it needs some pujaries of their own to cut it’s head. even 12 years is passed due to the strong opposition of bsnleu and hard work of all employees it couldn’t be cut the head of goat. So they are keeping as hungry by not providing any materials but but unknown public angree with the innocent employees . It is understood that as per their calculation it will take ten years to kill. So their own pujaries are required till that period. So bsnl absorbed pujaries never will do. Because no goat will like to cut their own head. so those who wanted to eat the goat they will never leave their won pujaries. so let us fight and try to make all employees to understand and strenthend the bsnleu for united struggles. Most of the employees thinking it is easy task and try to be out of struggle by holding number of inactive unions. But let them know it is the fight not only for the benefit of youngstress but also for our own life. Bsnleu has taken a best stand. we need a savers not a single killer in bsnl. tks u comrade.
